A Compensation Center of Excellence (CoE) is a cooperative business function that provides finance, sales and operations teams with robust sales performance management (SPM) technology and a suite of SPM industry intelligence and best practices for repeatable success. A CoE helps companies improve overall business alignment and transparency with increased accuracy, process quality and deeper insight into business performance.The SPM COE will be an open forum for anyone with a passion and voice for bettering the SPM practice whether you are a business user, consultant, vendor, researcher or SPM evangelist. The goal of SPM COE is to encourage the community of sharing best practices, online research and benchmarking, blog discussions and webinars.
