We are expanding our use of domains for Xactly Incent and this may impact Internet Explorer users.
If you are having trouble accessing Incent in Internet Explorer:
1. Go to: Tools Menu > Internet Options > Security Tab
2. Select the "Trusted Sites" icon and click the "Sites" button.
3. Add https://*.xactlycorp.com as a trusted site. For other options or further assistance, contact Xactly Support.
